World Scouting and Erasmus Students Network (ESN) have joined forces to create spaces where young people feel empowered to speak up and make a difference even amidst challenges to individual liberties.
The four National youth organisations are all independent youth organisations, with 2 of them being affiliated with World Scouting (Poland and Romania) and 2 of them with ESN (France and Portugal).
