Strategy for Scouting

The Strategy for Scouting was unanimously approved at the 43rd World Scout Conference in August 2024, and will guide the global Movement for the next decade. Along with the World Triennial Plan for 2024-2027, this strategy was shaped by Member Organizations working together to address key issues like sustainability, youth leadership, and peace education.

World Triennial Plan 2021-2024

The Strategy for Scouting is made a reality through world, regional, and national strategic plans. By outlining Scouting’s priorities over a three-year period, the World Triennial Plan 2021-2024 aims to unite the Scout Movement as we respond to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and look to the future to offer relevant educational opportunities for young people.
