Scouts celebrate Cambodia's historical victory

Scouts of Cambodia shook hands with Chief Scout and Prime Minister Hun Sen, Kingdom of Cambodia, as they joined the celebration of Cambodia’s historical victory against the Khmer Rouge regime on 7 January 2016.

Scouts joined representatives from the diplomatic corps and international organisations gathered in Phnom Penh numbering to 10,000 people.
