The Congress, which happens every few years, gathers National Scout Organization leadership, educators, and partners to inspire the development of educational programmes and initiatives that meet the needs of future generations.
4th World Scout Education Congress
The 4th edition of the World Scout Congress, one of the most significant educational events for Scouting's leadership, saw close to 500 participants from 66 National Scout Organizations gather in Paris from 1 to 3 December 2023 to exchange their research, findings, and best practices and learn about new theories and trends in the field of education and youth development. The event took place at a pivotal moment, coinciding with the development of a new Strategy for Scouting for the next decade.
