World Scouting often needs allies in the political sphere in order to accomplish its mission. By working with Parliamentarians, World Scouting can achieve two objectives. First, the Scouts can present their agenda and ideas to individuals outside of the organisation. Then, the Parliamentarians, now fully aware of the Scouts' needs and priorities, can draft and vote on policies that can assist World Scouting in meeting its goals.
