Objective of the position:
- Organise the Secretariat of the Secretary General and provide the administrative and technical assistance and support to this effect.
- Contribute significantly to the aims of the Organization and to the smooth running of the Office of the Secretary General.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school (commercial or High School diploma or equivalent).
- Minimum five years experience in an administrative or secretarial position, preferably in an international organization and/or educational environment.
- English mother tongue with perfect command of French (written and spoken). Knowledge of Spanish, Arabic or Russian an asset.
- Computer literate (text processor, spreadsheet, database, web browsers and e-mail application) with an aptitude to learn new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
- Ability to operate office equipment.
