Europa Stamps

This year in recognition of the Centenary of Scouting, an unprecedented 50 postal operators in Europe are producing EUROPA stamps with the theme of Scouting.

Scouts are being asked to select the winning stamp. In order to pick the winning stamp there is a special online EUROPA competition opened to Scouts around the world.
