Looking into what the value of volunteering is and how we could measure it.
Some countries have a very strong culture of volunteering. Scouting has an important role to play in these countries, as a leading organisation in the voluntary sector. This Euro.Scout.Doc was produced to highlight this importance and as a tool for those working on a national level to ensure this role continues. It is also a tool for those in countries where the voluntary sector is still developing, providing guidance on how Scouting can help define the social value of volunteering.
