Throughout their Scouting life, adult volunteers gain many qualities and competencies. These can be shown with badges and training certificates, but also go beyond this. In this Euro.Scout.Doc you can see why it is important for individuals to recognise these achievements and monitor them for their own personal benefit and growth.
