The APR “Specialists Panel” is a team of experts who are prepared to provide services/ support in the areas of Youth Programme, Adults in Scouting, Communication and Marketing, IT, Fundraising experts, Governance and Strategy, Management, Event management, Consulting and need analysis etc. Members of this panel have the competencies, knowledge, skills and experience to provide formal consultancy service to NSOs as well as serve as resource persons in workshops, seminars and forums at NSO, regional level.
The aim of the document is to provide an approach and tools to begin the process of reflecting and improving the levels of service provided by NSO/As to their membership and society.
