Organisational Development Workshop in Belgium: cancelled!
With reference to the Organisational Development Workshop scheduled from 10th until 12th February 2012 in Belgium, the situation is that we have only two countries that registered 2 members each; other countries expressed interest while considering sending only one person.
The original concept for a workshop was to provide a weekend for the leadership teams in a NSO to consider the Model and to determine their needs in Organisational Development. It was expected that NSO / NSA would use the workshop to make some progress and also to identify any further training or consultancy services needed by their organisation.
Because of the small attendance, it is felt that the planned regional workshop would not prove to be particularly useful to NSOs, nor would it be particularly good use of resources, so it is cancelled for now.
The Organisational Development Core Group will use the material for this workshop as a basis for tailored support to NSOs when they look for help with this important topic.
