Hi Chris! Just like Geronimo wrote, you can participate as an IST (International Service Team, or volunteer staff). This means that you, together with others from around the world, help deliver the Jamboree, working with everything from programme to distributing food. Both participants and IST register through their National Scout Organizations (in your case, the Boy Scouts of America), so contact them for more information on how and when to sign up. General info on World Scout Jamborees can be found here: http://scout.org/node/42#about_33 and specific World Scout Jamboree 2015 info can be found here: http://scout.org/node/20945 Translate
