Objective of the position:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) supports the work of the Secretary General of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) as defined in the WOSM Constitution. Reporting directly to the Secretary General, the COO will be responsible for enhancing the internal organization processes and infrastructure that will allow the World Scout Bureau to fulfil its mission, to achieve the objectives set by the World Scout Committee and to respond to the expectations of WOSM stakeholders.
