The 23rd APR Scout Conference will be hosted by Persekutan Pengakap Malaysia from 26th of October 2009 to 1st of November 2009 in capital city Kuala Lumpur. The conference assures of convenient facilities and wonderful service giving the participants only the best of Malaysian hospitality. The previous conference was held in Tokyo, Japan with more than 589 people attended.
