Please read these terms and conditions of use and this legal information (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using this website (hereinafter: “Site”).
These Terms and Conditions set out the regulations governing the use of this Site and all the information, documents and materials (hereinafter collectively: “Materials”) by those who may choose to access the Site (hereinafter: “User”, “Users” or “You”), as well as the corresponding relationship between the Users and the World Scout Bureau.
The World Scout Bureau (WSB, hereinafter also: “We”) maintains this Site as a courtesy to the Users. The information presented herein is for informative purposes only. The World Scout Bureau grants permission to Users to visit the Site and to download and copy the Materials from the Site for personal use in accordance with the conditions set forth hereunder.

If any inconsistencies should arise between the different legal documents, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
These Terms and Conditions and all connected legal documents are originally drafted in English and have thereafter been translated into the other official languages of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). In the event that any translated version of these Terms and Conditions and the connected legal documents conflict with the English version, the English version controls.
Upon their visit to the Site, the Users fully agree with and abide by these Terms and Conditions without any reservation. Consent is deemed issued when the Site is accessed and used.
The World Scout Bureau reserves the right to amend, replace and modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore the World Scout Bureau strongly recommends the Users to consult these Terms and Conditions upon each visit to the Site or use of the Materials. For Your convenience, the date and version number of the current version are mentioned above.
In relation to the use of individual services, the World Scout Bureau may ask Users to issue their consent again by clicking on a corresponding confirmation field or tick box and/or to consent to additional terms and conditions.
The World Scout Bureau administers this Site. All Materials on this Site from the World Scout Bureau appear subject to the present Terms and Conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the findings, interpretations and conclusions expressed in the Materials on this Site are those of the various World Scout Bureau staff members, consultants and advisors to WOSM who prepared the work and do not necessarily represent the views of the WOSM or its member countries.
Neither WOSM, nor the World Scout Bureau is implied in any relationship or transaction established between Users and/or third parties through the use of the Site.
Reservation of Rights
The World Scout Bureau reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any Materials in any respect. The World Scout Bureau shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
The World Scout Bureau reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any User access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.
No waiver by the World Scout Bureau of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorised representative.
While the World Scout Bureau endeavours to provide accurate Materials on its Site and to the extent permitted by law, it gives no warranty concerning the completeness or accuracy of the material provided by this service. Applicable Law & Competent Court
The law of the Swiss Canton of Geneva shall apply exclusively to these Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising under or in connection with the relationship between the World Scout Bureau and the Users.
In case of litigation with regard to the present Terms and Conditions or the use of the Site, the Courts of Geneva (Switzerland) will be exclusively competent.
