“Thank you for your supporting me in travelling, education and of course scouting. This training was like another big life where we could get new information, learn much about structure in scouting, non-formal studying and etc. With planning team were 51 and represented 28countries. There we started to learn the training “Today, Not Tomorrow” Agora. The first we met our friends from other countries and cultures.
The citizenship was very big knowledge to us how the society works and lives, how to be a good and responsible citizenship, planning the future, make a city eco-clean by using alternative sources of energy and etc. By making the models of the cities we learned how the city may be sustainble. Our days the big cities are very polluted, and we must find the decisions.
Hiking is one of the best things in scouting and life. We went to the lake Oeschinensee(1578m), near Kandersteg.
Also had a session about Earth hour. We saw how other cultures save the energy, that the nature gives us.
At a project management we learned about organizing and projection the camp, budget, and etc. The creative platform -all of us had a big experience in camping, activities games. By giving us the opportunity to project, we made our camp, then we started to draw up and work on the project that out team selected “Save The Nature”.
International Evening helped us to connect with different personalities on training. Each country represent their culture.
In the beginning each participant present their video about rovering and scouting in own coutnries. Saw the problems and structure of organizations.
In the end was an evaluation, where we could see all experience we got from there. And i know Agora gives us big experience in projection, environment and of Scouting.”

“Visit the International Scout Centre in Kandersteg certainly will not leave anyone indifferent, did not leave me. These were very rich, useful and interesting six days at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level in the Swiss Alps. Basically, of course the program was aimed at understanding the objectives, opportunities and destination rovers as one of the units (aged) "Scout of the population". But all this took place is interesting, creative, exciting. Various training courses are constantly mixed up with all kinds of warm-up, creative activities and simply communicating on abstract themes. Also within the international evening, hike in the mountains and the evening campfire parties from different countries to show and tell different national games, traditions, and a lot of interesting things. Scout spirit and the universal enthusiasm was in KISC (Kandersteg International Scout Centre), for all six days, participants in the present have become friends and fun time together. Every day something special to remember, the participants could express themselves in all their glory: Each had the opportunity to recreate the city of your dreams, think and analyze any rover`s project. Very pleased with the establishment of a creative platform when using games or training of participants were combined with similar views and ideas, and they later worked together on their projects. Generally this is a very great experience - the whole event. I am very happy that I managed to go there and experience, together with all those wonderful days.”

Inter-Regional Agora 2012- I really had the time of my life. In only 5 days I gathered more than sometimes in a year: a bunch of friends, experience, confidence, only positive energy and an unexplained attitude to change something. The fairy like atmosphere at KISC followed us for the entire period of Agora. Great sessions, engaging activities and a lot of self-identity challenges, many ideas ready to be implemented in our national rover programme. A special thank you to the Planning Team. It was productive. If I ever get the chance to attend it again, I will accept it without any doubts.
On behalf of the Azerbaijanian, Moldavian, Belarusian and Ukrainian NSOs, Eurasia Regional Bureau would like to warmly thank Europe Regional Office (particulary Radu Stinghe and Nicolo Pranzini) and great Agora’s Planning Team (Vincent, Niels, Emil and Ciara) for all their efforts in supporting of participation of rovers from Eurasia Region in this remarkable event for first time in the history of Agora!
