Gone home: Joseph Paluku

KINSHASA - Joseph "Pigeon" Paluku, a former International Commissioner of FESCO (Fédération des Scouts du Congo) died on Sunday, 27 December in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), following a road accident.

Mr. Joseph Paluku, a Trainer and former International Commissioner from December 2005 to October 2008, was Chief Provincial Commissioner of the Provincial Association of Scouts of North-Kivu, at the moment of his demise.

This news has shocked all the members of FESCO. According to them, Paluku was a pragmatic and practical man.
