TEAM VOLK
One of the most discussed themes of the day were education and unemployment of young people all around the world. 55 million kids are out of the education systems. Less than 600 million jobs should be created to satisfy the need of jobs for the unemployed. More and more high-qualified young people can’t find jobs. There has never been a higher number of educated peoples.

What kind of impact does this trend have? How does it change our way of living and the society we live in? Does it affect scouting?

as an educational organisation WOSM supports young people in learning soft skills, like managing a project or organising a camp, which can make the difference in a job interview and prepare young people for life.
