TEAM GAMS
Scouting to tackle Youth unemployment?!

Have you ever asked yourself: What am I going to do when I grow up? Have you ever thought about your activities for your CV?

Today, we discussed the Global Youth Trends Report* in which Economy, Security, Health and Education were the trend topics that concern our young people all around the world, and youth unemployment was the only point to be marked very important by every region. The Scout method has taught us many things that we feel can help us enrich our CV and be more appealing to employers. In order to use these skills to increase our employability we would find a tool developed by Scouts for Scouts very useful. These are some of the skills Scouting gave us we find useful for our professional life:

Peer education, Management skills, Leadership skills, Confidence, Team work, Intergenerational dialogue, Tolerance, Active citizenship, Logistics, International relations

What are the skills Scouts gave you?
