YES WE CAN - TEAM HEDGEHOG
Hedgehogs are revved up and ready to go! We’ve been to a fantastic Project Fair here at the Youth Forum which showcased the amazing projects that young people have been implementing in their countries. These projects included many that revolved around education, community development and environmental preservation, and all had been organized and run by young people. Some of these projects had been completed for Scouts of the World, Messengers of Peace and World Scout Environment Program activities.

Seeing these successful examples, we feel empowered and motivated to start similar projects in our own communities after the Forum. The success of these projects also gave us confidence to execute larger projects as we now know that we have the support we needed from our brother and sister Scouts across borders. You guys at home do too!

If you have a great project, you should submit it to scout.org so everyone can see! You can also send your projects to Cynthia Marquez at cmarquez@scout.org to get a chance to be featured in the brand new Better World magazine, which aims to highlight Messengers of Peace projects from around the world and which we’re all loving!
