During the 12th WSYF, The delegates will work, throughout the Forum, in international teams, not in their national delegationS. Each team will be around eight persons in number. The Planning Committee will assign the teams and each team would reflect a balance in age, gender, Region and experience.

What do you think about this innovation in the working methods of the Forum?

I think this is great idea and opportunity to share experience and the point of view for some important topics, and dividing people from their national delegations into international teams will bring better effects.

It is a great opportunity to facilitate networking among the participants and to allow everyone to see how other scout from other countries and region think. A push for more inter-cultural cooperation that can only benefit the organisation and the participants! Well thought of, bravo!
