The fleur is the general symbol of the Scout
Movement, embodied in the World Scout Emblem.
Each of the plum signify the three-fold duties of a
Scout – duty to others, duty to God and country, and
duty to self.
The vinta depicts the origin of the Scouting Program
in the country, Zamboanga City, the very place where
the first Filipino Muslim troop was organized
