The project is primarily hinged towards the preservation and protection of the environment through local initiatives. It seeks to achieve the following:
• Empower Scouts and volunteers as active agents for sustainable protection and preservation of the environment.
• Create awareness on Scouts and volunteers of the World Scout Environment Program (WSEP) as a means to care for the environment and mitigate the effects of climate change.
• Create awareness and develop partnership with the communities and Local Government Units within the Laguna Lake and nearby areas.
