Project

Draco-Timoriensis

3rd Jun 2014

Members of the Draco Scout Fellowship have spent the last 12 months travelling between groups in the ACT (Canberra, Australia) educating Joeys, Cubs, Scout, Venturers and Rovers about Scouting in Timor Leste and their need for assistance. Our program has including games, craft, slide shows and problem solving opportunites to challenge our youth participants. Part of the program has included selling an "I Helped Other People badge", and the profits from this badge have been sent to Timor Leste through Dollars for Dilli.
Through the program we have also asked for donations of school supplies, which have been sent to Timor Leste through our International Commissioner.
