Scouts help with the aid from Austria

Scouts from the Scout Organization of Belgrade helped in transporting and delivering the humanitarian aid that was collected by the citizens in Austria. The aid was collected by the members and supporters of the OJAB organization from Wiena who collected more than 17 tons of food, hygieniuc products, baby clothing, baby food, bottled water and animal food.The lorry carying the aid left Wiena on May 26 and arrived in Belgrade on May 27. Due to a fast response and good coordination of the scouts and the memebers of the OJAB organization, the aid was transported in the shortest possible time and further carried to the storage. In the following days, scouts will sort it and prepare the packets for delivery to the areas affected by floods and landslides in the areas outside of Belgrade. With this, the scouts of Belgrtade have once again shown that they are organizaed very well and that with their volunteers and members, they are able to ssupport the citizens of Serbia in times of need.
