On the evening of Monday the 9th of December, the Flash Rover Crew helped to support Ronald McDonald House by cooking some yummy food for the residents of the house.
Ronald McDonald House is a non-profit organisation that helps seriously ill children and their families when they need it most. The houses are located all across Australia, located close to major hospitals and are "homes away from home" for the families living in them. The houses allow families to move closer to the hospitals so the children can get support from their parents and siblings while they are undergoing treatment.
The Flash Rover crew helped assist the residents currently living in the North Adelaide House by cooking them some delicious food in the lead up to Christmas. The Crew baked several different types of food, including cakes, biscuits, and slices, and left these in the fridge for the families to enjoy the next day.
The Crew were very excited to be able to help out with the House and look forward to doing it again soon.
