A neckerchief is a sign of an investiture into the Scouting movement and family

Correct. Like Justin said, it's a sign of your scout movement/group. The perfect thing for them to do is to join the scouts, or else they are trying to be something they are not.

Hope that this helped you ;)

Hi Kaj, Yes for sure. The scarf is a great way t show people we are part of the Scout Movement. Good Scouting!

The two are already in scout. So they don't have to try be something because they are scouts. There are also international scout scarfs, so they just show they are a part of it. In my thoughts, it's a great thing, I mean they show others how awsome scout are :)

If they are already Scouts why they don't use their neckerchief from the Group?
