The European Scout Conference, in Prague, 2001, found the need for guidelines to be published on the safe use of the internet. This Euro.Scout.Doc details the dangers that can arise from the internet, best practices to use and, also, how it can be utilised to benefit a Scout group or association. Advise is given on developing websites and child protection on the internet.
