New date for announcement of the winner of the environment projects competition

The Scout Association of Mexico has announced a new date for the 13th Panamerican Scout Jamboree, which will now be held from 10 to 18 July 2010 in Toluca, Mexico.

In view of this new date, the selection process for the environment projects competition has been resumed, and the winning Patrol or Team will be announced on 4 December 2009. As mentioned previously, the announcement will be made on the institution’s website at www.scout.org/interamerica.

Again, no new information is needed on projects that were submitted within the deadline. However, any Patrol or Team that entered the competition and has withdrawn owing to the change of date is asked to let us know as soon as possible so we can remove the respective project from the dossier.
