Network Meeting on Managing Adult Resources
Managing Adult Resources encompasses the processes associated with the management of adults, following recruitment. This touches training, but is more concerned with retention, recognition, the continuous motivation and the use of the final phase in the Adults in Scouting model.
Managing Adult Resources is not very much explored area of our AiS strategy. This Network Meeting is the first opportunity for those concerned with this issue in national Scout associations to meet and share, what is one of the most useful elements of international events.
