You will be a member of the Senior Management Team of the Kandersteg International Scout Centre. As Deputy Director (also called Internal Services Director) you are directly responsible for the management of the Internal Services Department and assist with executing the strategic development goals of the Centre, in both the short and long term, as set out by the KISC General Assembly and KISC Association Committee. The post requires a willingness to work according to a flexible schedule.
