RIVERS STATE SCOUTS RAISED CAMPAIGN AGAINST FLOODING WITHIN PORT HARCOURT CITY NIGERIA

No fewer than 100 Scouts and their Leaders were at the Street in Port Harcourt Nigeria to raise Campaign against Water Flooding at the Nigeria Riverine Areas. This was as a Result of heavy rain that fell for Several days leaving the major Streets in Port Harcourt Flooded.

The Scouts appealed to the Government of Rivers State to construct more Drainage, so as to allow Water to flow very well into the dredged Canals instead of concentrating on the major Roads.
