Cairo, 1 September 2009- the Arab Scout Regional Office announced the sad news of passing away of Mr. Fawzi M. Farghali, the former Arab Scout Regional Director on Monday, 31/8/2009 after a long hard sickness period. Mr. Farghali was born June, 1940 and he was considered one of the very efficient pioneers of Arab Scout Movement who exerted his utmost efforts in serving the Movement on both Arab & World Levels till his retirement in 2006. His passing was received with great sadness by all those who know & served with him on Regional & World Levels.
In This regard, the Arab Scout Regional Director & the Staff of Ar.RO send their sincere condolences to his family and friends all over the world. May Allah have mercy upon him and rest his soul in eternal peace of heavens.
