عائشة عبد الهادى تطالب بضرورة حشد الجهود لمواجهة الآثار السلبية على الطفل
أكدت عائشة عبد الهادى وزيرة القوى العاملة والهجرة أن قضية عمل الأطفال وأطفال الشوارع احتلت إهتماماً كبيراً بالغاً على المستوى الدولى والعربى بإعتبارها حق من حقوق الإنسان فى الإعلان العالمى لحقوق الإنسان وميثاق الأمم المتحدة وميثاق الإتحاد الأفريقى وإعلان منظمة العمل الدولية الخاص بالحقوق الأساسية فى العمل والاتفاقيات الدولية والعربية.
Under the patronage of H.E Mrs. / A'esha Abdel Hadi, Minister of Labour Force & Migration, the Arab Scout Regional Office will organize the 2nd International Seminar on Scouting and Child Labour & Street Children Phenomena for promoting the role of Scouting in improving living conditions of working children and their families and getting aware about the issue of Child Labour at local, national and international levels. In addition, the Seminar aims at analyzing the various forms of child labor and homeless children phenomena and realizing the outcomes of such analysis. This would enable us using the Scout Method for supporting these children and improving their hard conditions.
فى يوم حرصت الكشافة العربية على احياؤه سنويا وهو الثانى والعشرين من مارس (يوم الأخوة الكشفية العربية) ذكرى تأسيس جامعة الدول العربية عام 1945.
الاجتماع الثامن عشر للجنة العربية الفرعية للعلاقات والإعلام والاتصال
عقدت اللجنة اجتماعها يومى 22 ،23 مارس 2008 بالمركز الكشفى العربى الدولى بالقاهرة وتم انتخاب الدكتور/أحمد ثانى الدوسرى رئيساً للجنة لفترها القادمة حتى المؤتمر الكشفى العربى الـ26 والقائد /جميل فلاته نائبا للرئيس والقائد/ على الجرموزى مقرراً.
يسر المنظمة الكشفية العربية أن تعلن للشباب الكشفى العربى عن عملية سايكدونج التى خصصت لدعم الشباب المتميزين من الجمعيات فئة أ، ب، ج للمشاركة فى الندوة العالمية العاشرة للشباب فى الفترة من 1-10/7/2008،التى تنظم فى إطار تعاون بين جمعية الكشافة الكورية وجامعة Wonkwang والهيئات الرسمية بجزيرة (جيجو).
يدعو البنك الدولى،تحالف المدن،وزارة الخارجية النرويجية كل شباب العالم لتقديم الأفكار العملية عن مدينة الأحلام بشكل مقالة.

With great attention on the part of Arab scout leaders, the Arab Seminar on the Management and Organization of Large-scale Scout Events was inaugurated. This prestigious Event, which was organized during the period 2-5/3/2008, gained the attention of senior experienced executives and witnessed intensive presence by participants from Jordan, Bahrain, Tunisia, Sudan, Oman, Palestine, Lebanon, Egypt and the International Union for Muslim Scout (IUMS). During the opening ceremony, the Arab Scout Regional Director made sure that we should co-operate for the development of the Arab Scout Movement and that we should be well-prepared for the centenary celebration of Arab Scouting in 2012.
During the National Forum for PR, Media and Communication in Qatar, Dr. Atif Abdelmageed, Arab Scout Regional Director, discussed with H.E. Sheikha Mohamed Al Mahmoud, Minister of Education in Qatar and Chairwoman of Qatar Boy Scouts Association, the Arab Scout Regional Office's support provided for the Association in the relevant field.

ينظم المؤتمر الكشفى العالمى الـ 38 بجزيرة Jeju (جيو) الكورية خلال الفترة من يوم الاثنين الموافق 14/7/2008 وحتى يوم الجمعة الموافق 18/7/2008 باستضافة كريمة من جمعية الكشافة الكورية.
In line with the launch of the tree plantation campaign, two hundred scouts representing all the associations composing the Scout Federation of Lebanon participated in the "Phoenix" project for the re-greening of Lebanon through planting one million trees.
