On occasion, World Scouting tackles issues that are relevant to many different sects of society. In this case, World Scouting carries out initiatives that encompass all levels of the movement, from the local to the global level. Therefore, it is necessary to find an ally that has strong local, national and regional ties. By partnering with intergovernmental agencies, World Scouting is able to successfully develop and implement projects that are meaningful to all segments of the community.
