Singapore Scouts Association has a challenge in involving Rover Scouts in decision-making as it is a school-based organisation and young people in the 17-26 age-range must complete 2 years of national service. There is a annual National Rover Scout Forum so that Rover Scouts can meet and plan activities on a yearly basis.

Scouts Australia has incorporated Youth Involvement in decision-making structurally in Scouting with a number of different structures and events to ensure that young people have their say at all levels in the association.

Indonesia is the forth highest populated country in the world with around 200 million inhabitants. It also has the largest membership with around 16 million boys and girls who are members of the Movement. Youth Involvement is incorporated structurally throughout the association in the Rover Scout Section with Rover Councils existing at sub-District, District, Provincial and national levels.

In the National Scout Organization of Thailand (NSOT) an International Scout Club has been set up and has been running since 2005. This club comprises a group of young people who can speak foreign languages and have been involved in international events. The club is a resource for both the International Relations Committee and the National Scout Office.
