Meeting of the European Educational Methods Network
The Joint Meeting of the Youth Programme and Adult Resources networks (Kandersteg, 29.11-02.12) was an event aimed to “set the scene” for the work in these areas in the current triennium, by assessing the past and current situation and developments, considering the strategic plans of the Region as well as the needs of NSOs and proposing the possible working methods, structures and initiatives to implement the Plan and to answer the needs.
The networks met in common sessions, in network-specific sessions as well as small working groups focusing on specific topics. The members of the Core Groups will produce the final plans in their areas of responsibility to enable the full implementation of the Plan to be distributed to NSOs soon.
The units and groups will continue their work independently. It is foreseen that a similar event will be organised in autumn 2009 to look at the overall outcomes of the work and get ideas for the work in the next triennium.
