Tily Eto Madagasikara: Building the capacity of trainers
ANTANANARIVO - In addition to the decentralized training programmes at district level, which is geared towards specific needs, the National Council of Trainers of Tily Eto Madagasikara organizes an annual training workshop during which all trainers of the Association assemble. For 2010, the workshop was held on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at Ampefiloha Antananarivo.
The workshop, which was graced by the presence of the Chief Commissioner of the Association, Ny Hasina Rakotondrajao, has enabled trainers to upgrade their managerial and leadership skills.
This training was intended to tackle salient elements of the Management and Leadership. The trainer, a theologian, also submitted that actions of a Leader should be undertaken for the glory of God.
At the same time, the National Commissioner for Training, Jeannette Harisoa, emphasize the need for constant capacity building. She also encouraged the trainers continue using their creativity in order to consolidate the youth programme.
