Asia-Pacific invites African NSOs to an exchange programme

African NSOs are invited by the Korea Scout Association and the Asia-Pacific Regional Office to an exchange programme that will roll out in March 2009. The venue of the programme is Suncheon Asia-Pacific Scout Centre, Korea's ecological capital.
