Beyond Barriers Tool-Kit

This tool-kit is in place to assist NSAs provide Guiding and Scouting for young people with special needs.

As a guide to Leaders working with members with disabilities. Based on recommendations given to the Europe Region WAGGGS and European Scout Region, it is in place to support these Leaders and to encourage groups to put in place proper policies on the issue. God practices are listed and advice on training these Leaders. It also encourages international co-operation and cultural exchange.
