Regional Committee
The European Scout Committee consists of six members elected by the European Scout Conference which meets every three years. It will next meet in Belgium in 2010. The European Scout Committee meets three times a year. In addition there are other meetings to support the Region.
The functions of the European Scout Committee are:
* To exercise such functions as are provided for in the constitution.
* To put into effect the resolutions of the conference and to fulfil any duty that the conference may assign to it.
* To act as an advisory body to the World Committee.
* To act as an advisory body for member organisations requiring advice and assistance.

During a meeting of the European Scout Region at the 38th World Scout Conference in Jeju, Korea, the European Scout Committee took the opportunity to present its Annual Review covering the period from June 2007 to June 2008.
