Please bear in mind that these rules apply to member associations and their partners. Third parties (individuals or companies) wishing to use the trademarks must contact and explain the desired use in detail. The logos and emblems of World Scouting are protected under the international treaties on brand protection. Failure to respect these laws is an act of piracy. It is up to the Scouts to protect the logos and emblems from any abuse, duplication or commercial use without authorisation. This includes using them for purposes contrary to the values of the Movement.
