This report of work, for the triennium 2007-2010, shows what has been done in this period, however, has behind it another object: grounds for a new road that leads us to do more, to achieve higher goals. Only then we can offer our young people the hope that living Scouting today is better than the one we live when younger and that the world will be better when we met it.
