Welcome to the second Bulletin for the 13th World Scout Moot! My name is Gathogo Ngugi and I am your Moot Director. I lead the small team that work in the Moot Office and we are working hard to provide you and your Contingents with the Scouting adventure of a lifetime in Kenya next summer.
