Radio-Scouting seminars
A radio-scouting seminar is held in Europe every 3 or 4 years. Participants from all over Europe discuss JOTA organisation, devise further policies and exchange radio-scouting ideas and views. Participants are National JOTA Organisers, International Commisioners and National team members.
28 May - 1 June 2009, the European Radio-Scouting and Interner Seminar convened in Ulfljotsvatn in Iceland.
40 National JOTA Coordinators and their team members, in total from 13 different countries gathered for 3 days to review the JOTA-JOTI programme and generate new ideas and suggestions.Participants came from as far afield as New Zealand. Detailed report available here soon.
The 7th European Radio Scouting Seminar was hosted by Norway, from 2 - 5 June 2006 in Roenningen, just north of Oslo.
Germany hosted the 6th European Radio-Scouting Seminar in Burg Rieneck (100 km. east of Frankfurt) from 19-22 June 2003.
The 5th European Radio Scouting Seminar was held in Rome, Italy, 11 - 14 May 2000.
The 4th European Radio-Scouting seminar was held in Jambville, France 9 - 11 May 1997.
The 3rd European Radio-Scouting seminar was held in Veile, Denmark 28 - 31 May 1992.

The 2nd European Radio-Scouting seminar was held in Satigny, Switzerland from 12 to 15 May 1988.
The 1st European Radio-Scouting seminar was held in Overasselt, The Netherlands 11 - 13 May 1984.
During the 14th World Jamboree in Norway in 1975 a one day Conference was organized for all radio amateurs on site.
