It is a pleasure to announce the WOSM membership of Kazakhstan's National Scout Organization, 'the Organization of the Scout Movement of Kazakhstan (OSMK)', as from 16 January 2008.

A warm welcome into the World Scouting family is extended to all the youth and adult members of OSMK, and it is with great pride that we look forward to their participation at the World Scout Youth Forum and World Scout Conference in Korea in July.

Третья Региональная Скаутская Конференция Евразии состоялась в период 15-16 сентября 2007 г. в Международном Скаутском Центре «Краснокаменка», расположенном в поселке Краснокаменка, г. Ялта, Крым, Украина.

Excelscout-06, Regional training course was held at Krasnokamenka, the Eurasia Regional Scout Center, in Yalta in Crimea, Ukraine from 16 to 23 August 2008.

A course lasted for 7 days. 19 participants (young leaders, 18-23 years old, men and women) from 6 countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine) having for trainers: 3 experienced educators from the Eurasia Region, under the co-ordination of the Eurasia regional director, Dr. Alexander S. Bondar.
