APR annual Management Meeting concludes
Chaired by the regional volunteers consist of Regional Chairman Jejomar C. Binay with Management and Financial Resources Sub-Committees Chairmen Mr Chandrasena Batuwangala and Mr Horace Ho Man-kit, the annual APR Management meeting held on 10th to 11th March 2008 in Makati City, Philippines, has concluded productively achieving great results from the series of discussions made.
Together with Regional Treasurer Dr. Renato Paras, Regional Director Abdullah Rasheed and Executives of the World Scout Bureau Asia-Pacific Region reviewed the region's performance and achievements. Highlights of the meeting were future direction of the regional office towards NSO support, budget, administrative and other operational issues.
In this annual meeting, acting WOSM Secretary General Luc Panissod expressed his deep regret for not attending the management meeting, as he is always present in the past, due to some professional matters requiring his immediate attention.
