Fields of co-operation included the following:

1. Projects: This field includes developing all programs, researches, initiatives and awareness campaigns serving the common objective and the joint vision of cooperation.

2. Communication &Media: This area comprises joint cooperation in the field of media for advertising joint activities and focusing the attention on the strategic cooperation through using all available media means between the two parties, and paving the way for building bridges of communications by using the updated technical media tools at the all levels.

3. Producing the required materials: This includes cooperation in producing media and educational materials compassing guides, publications, or posters…..etc. depending on the experience and the abilities of both parties.

4. Enhancing special programs: This domain includes integrating some cooperation activities in the programs of either party with activities of the other party after prior approval.

5. Partnership with others: This shows the possibility of sharing other parties in the joint activities after prior agreement and in line with common objective joint vision of cooperation.

The signing of this agreement has been attended by Mr. Ahmed Abel Latif, chairman of the Arab Scout Committee and all the staff of the Arab Scout Regional Office, in addition to the participants in the Arab Scout Seminar for senior Executives of Youth Programs and Adult Resources from 16 Arab Scout Associations. The signing ceremony has been followed by a press conference which gave the chance for both Dr.Amr Khaled and Dr Atif Abdelmageed to answer all the questions of the attendees and media figures.
