Shaik Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammad El- Qasemmi the governor of Sharjah, the Arab Regional Office & United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) Scout Association organize the 4thInternational Gathering for "Scouting & the Intellectual Initiatives in the fields of Science, Technology, Communication, Environment preservation and Small Projects.
