The Executive Assistant to the Regional Director gains new skills
Miss Esther Mbui visited the Asia-Pacific Region, Bangladesh, from 5-9 April 2007, to attend a workshop on Events Management, organised by the Bangladesh Scouts in collaboration with the World Scout Bureau, Asia Pacific Regional Office.
Other participants in the workshop included Scout professionals from Bangladesh, India, Malaysia and Africa, non-scouts from corporate firms in Bangladesh and rover volunteers.
The participants had an opportunity to meet the Regional Director, Asia-pacific Regional Office as well as officials from the Bangladesh Scouts.
Thanks to the workshop, the Africa Regional Office now boasts of a new Esther Mbui, a new Events Manager.
